the conclusion and performance of the agreement and the provision of services in accordance with

the agreement,

for the marketing purposes of the Administrator, including profiling for marketing purposes and for

analytical purposes,

for marketing purposes, including analytical purposes and profiling of third parties, including partners

of the Administrator,

possibly for the pursuit of claims related to the agreement with you for services provided.

The specific purpose and basis of processing are given in separate information to the persons to

whom which the data refers.

The period for which the data will be stored
Your personal data will be stored until the statute of limitations for claims has lapsed under the

agreement / provision of services or until the obligation to store data resulting from the provisions of

the law have expired, in particular, the obligation to store accounting documents relating to the

agreement.

Where we process personal data based on the justified interests of the Administrator, personal data

will not be processed for a particular purpose if you object to such processing.

If we process data based on your consent, the personal data will be processed until you withdraw it.

Recipient of data
Data can be transferred to entities processing personal data at the request of the Administrator,

among others, providers of IT services, entities processing data for the recovery of debts, marketing

agents, entities carrying out transport orders, banks, where such entities process data on the basis of

an agreement with the Administrator and only in accordance with our instructions.

Transmission of data outside the EEA
Personal data collected will not be transferred to recipients located in countries outside the

European Economic Area (European Union countries as well as Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway).

The rights of the person to whom the data refers
You have the right to access your data and the right to request the rectification, deletion and

processing restrictions. If the basis for the processing of your personal data is the legitimate interest

of the Administrator, you can object to the processing of your personal data. In particular, you have

the right to object to processing for direct marketing needs, including profiling and for analytical

purposes.

To the extent that the basis for the processing of your personal data is consent, you have the right to

withdraw your consent. Withdrawal of consent shall not affect the legality of processing that has

been performed on the basis of consent prior to its withdrawal.

To the extent that your data is processed for the conclusion and implementation of the agreement /
provision of services or processed on the basis of consent – you also have the right to transfer your
personal data. In such a situation you will receive from us your personal data in a structured,
commonly used format which is machine readable. You may send this data to another data
administrator.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint to a supervisory body dealing with the protection of
personal data.

Provision of personal data in connection with concluding an agreement / services provided on its
basis is voluntary but necessary for the conclusion and performance of the agreement – without
provision of personal data is not possible to conclude an agreement / provide services.

Provision of personal data for marketing purposes is voluntary.
