The period for which the data will be stored |
Your personal data will be stored until the statute of limitations for claims has lapsed under the
agreement / provision of services or until the obligation to store data resulting from the provisions of the law have expired, in particular, the obligation to store accounting documents relating to the agreement. Where we process personal data based on the justified interests of the Administrator, personal data will not be processed for a particular purpose if you object to such processing. If we process data based on your consent, the personal data will be processed until you withdraw it. |

among others, providers of IT services, entities processing data for the recovery of debts, marketing agents, entities carrying out transport orders, banks, where such entities process data on the basis of an agreement with the Administrator and only in accordance with our instructions. |

The rights of the person to whom the data refers |
You have the right to access your data and the right to request the rectification, deletion and

In particular, you have the right to object to processing for direct marketing needs, including profiling and for analytical purposes. To the extent that the basis for the processing of your personal data is consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent. Withdrawal of consent shall not affect the legality of processing that has been performed on the basis of consent prior to its withdrawal.
